"STRATA III: Manifesting through the Layers" is revealed in Verum Virtual

Verum Ultimum proudly introduces a rich tapestry of layers and texture from an array of media (including fiber, textile, encaustic, and bric-a-brac, in addition to the full myriad of traditional mediums).
This 3rd iteration of "STRATA III: Manifesting through the Layers" spans 2 rooms in Verum Virtual as porcelain spires, beeswax embedded tea bags, coffee filters, 17 layers of kiln formed glass, and a curio of ephemera jut out from the walls. A small sampling follows, but please click the green buttons above to see all 60 works (with detailed information) and to see the works in scale in Verum's exclusive 3D gallery.
Each work in this edition of STRATA is a singular celebration of striation and together they form a chorus that echoes the sediment and layers of life (and land). A largely abstract exhibition with moments of figuration and of faces peering to the side (as if yearning toward the layers of what's next)!

As many of you already know I opened Verum Ultimum's first space in 2013 and I added the 3D Verum Virtual in 2020. Since 2013 all Verum exhibitions (whether in person or virtual maintain a robust online presence).
