Artist and Curator Jennifer Gillia Cutshall will bring haunting sculptural features to create a bleak, contemplative dreamscape to Building 5. She plans to transform the space with excavated deceased and flame-altered trees and sculptural work from her Ghost of the Flame series.Â

There will also be a sketch giveaway during the opening reception and included in the residency. Jennifer will produce a 5 to 10-minute sketch for interested visitors and trade the live sketch for a promise (promises will be geared toward changing one behavior to help the environment...examples: take 2 days off from all screens every week, reduce single-use items, buy from locally, and switch convenience purchases to thrift purchases...and more).
